# WEB SERVICE LICENSE AGREEMENT

## NOTICE
This web service and its underlying software, documentation, and related materials (collectively, the "Service") are the proprietary and confidential information of Dmitriy Chulkin ("Owner"). The Service is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

## 1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service through the provided web interface for your personal and commercial purposes. **The Service is currently provided free of charge, but Owner reserves the right to introduce paid features, premium tiers, or usage-based pricing at any time.**

## 2. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, algorithms, source code, proprietary methods, **design patterns, user interface elements, technical solutions, business logic, and innovative approaches**, remain the exclusive property of Dmitriy Chulkin.

## 3. PERMITTED USE
You may:
- Access and use the Service through the official web interface
- Use the Service for personal, educational, and commercial purposes
- Integrate the Service into your workflows and business processes

## 4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may NOT:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the underlying software
- **Replicate, imitate, or recreate the Service's design patterns, user interface elements, workflow structures, or technical solutions**
- **Analyze, study, or reverse engineer the Service's algorithms, business logic, or methodologies for competitive purposes**
- **Create competing services that substantially replicate the Service's functionality, approach, or user experience**
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
- Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
- Circumvent any security measures or usage limitations
- Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights

## 5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
- **The Service is currently provided free of charge, but this may change at Owner's discretion**
- **Owner may introduce paid features, premium functionality, usage limits, or subscription tiers at any time**
- **Existing free features may be moved to paid tiers or discontinued with reasonable advance notice**
- **Users will be notified of pricing changes through the Service interface or provided contact information**
- The Service is provided "as available" and may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Owner reserves the right to implement usage limits or require user registration
- Advance notice will be provided for material changes when commercially reasonable

## 6. DATA AND PRIVACY
- You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service
- Owner may collect usage analytics and system logs for operational purposes
- Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy (if applicable)

## 7. TERMINATION
This license remains effective until terminated. Owner may terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

## 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. OWNER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

## 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OWNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

## 10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, or through binding arbitration if mutually agreed upon by the parties.

## 11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings. Modifications must be in writing and signed by Owner.

## 12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
